As the Executive Director of Miss Star International, I am honored to lead one of Europe's most prestigious beauty pageants for transgender women. With a deep commitment to visibility, empowerment, and representation, my mission is to elevate the voices of transgender women on a global stage—celebrating diversity, talent, and resilience.

Over the years, I have successfully expanded the Miss Star International platform into a global movement, forging strong alliances with national directors across continents. I have overseen the production of high-profile reality shows and international events, and championed initiatives that empower participants far beyond the runway. Through creative vision and strategic leadership, I have transformed the pageant into a cultural force that merges beauty, advocacy, and storytelling.

Official Recommendation from the Mayor of Santa Susanna
Joan Campolier i Montsant, Mayor President of Santa Susanna, Maresme region (Barcelona), and the entire team of the municipal council, received for the first time 'Miss Trans Star International' from March 7 to 15, 2022.
As Mayor of Santa Susanna, I had the pleasure of hosting Miss Trans Star International 2022 in my city. It was an event that brought together a lot of people and made us proud to be part of such a diverse and welcoming community.
Miss Trans Star International 2022, an event where more than 30 transgender candidates from different countries such as Vietnam, Ecuador, Thailand, the United States, Brazil, Cape Verde, among others, and celebrities from the trans community such as Daniela Santiago or Tallen Abu Hanna offered us a beauty event, visibility, empowerment and recognition of the international transgender community.
Victoria Perla Alvarez Caram as executive director of Miss Trans Star International, worked with the team with humility, professionalism, and deep respect for everyone involved, from the contestants to the audience. Victoria was one of the most important points for the whole event to be a success, obtaining great satisfaction and recognition from all the public, participants and political activists.
